1. Services Provided

Bend Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling offers professional kitchen and bathroom remodeling services in Bend, OR. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Kitchen renovations and remodeling

• Custom cabinetry and countertop installation
• Flooring, plumbing, electrical, and lighting updates
• Fixture and hardware upgrades

All services are provided based on signed agreements, work orders, and project timelines discussed with the client.

2. Estimates and Contracts

• Free estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• A signed contract is required before any work begins. This contract outlines project scope, costs, timelines, and payment terms.
• Any changes to the contract, including additional work or modifications, must be documented and may result in additional charges.

3. Payments & Fees

• A deposit is required before work begins, as outlined in the contract.
• Payment installments will be made based on project milestones.
• Final payment is due upon project completion. Non-payment may result in legal action.
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances, such as hidden damage, structural issues, or customer-requested changes.

4. Project Timeline & Delays

• We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to material shortages, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues.
• Customers will be informed of any delays, and a revised timeline will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure access to the property and provide any necessary permits or approvals before work begins.
• Personal belongings and valuables should be removed from the work area before the project starts.
• Clients must communicate any concerns or changes as soon as possible to prevent delays.

6. Warranty & Liability

• We provide a 2 years workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.
• Bend Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse, neglect, or third-party contractors hired by the client.
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel a project within 72 hours of signing the contract for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations after work has begun may result in partial refunds, subject to completed labor and material costs.
• If Bend Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling cancels the project for any reason, a full refund of unspent deposits will be provided.

8. Use of Website & Content

• Our website and content are for informational purposes only.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of website materials, images, or designs is strictly prohibited.
• We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.
• Legal proceedings shall take place in Bend, OR, and be governed by Oregon state laws.
